massivecoupon.libs.formutils is required but not present in repo

massivecoupon.engine.forms requires massivecoupon.libs.formutils which isn't present in the repository (the libs module isn't there at all). There are no other references in the codebase to formutils so as far as I can see it's not being used. Removing it allows the project to start up.

Good catch! I stripped some stuff out after it was commited and I didn't have time to test a setup from scratch.

Delete line "from massivecoupon.libs import formutils" in massivecoupon/engine/forms.py
formutils is not used there.
