Is there a way to associate an "unknown" listener with a "viewer"
name? This would make it easier for the moderator to selectively mute
and unmute lines when someone raises their hand.

This could be a manual operation by a participant who must manually "link"
their voice line -- possibly by entering a series of keystrokes on the
voice call.
