Describe the bug

dev=> set streaming_use_shared_source to false ;
SET_VARIABLE
dev=> create secret sec_1 with (backend = 'meta') as 'test';
CREATE_SECRET
dev=> create source s (a int, b varchar ) with ( connector = 'kafka', properties.bootstrap.server = '127.0.0.1:29092', topic = secret sec_1 ) format plain encode json ;
CREATE_SOURCE
dev=> drop secret sec_1;
DROP_SECRET

we should not allow drop secret with catalog dependence.
