Dremio cannot fetch the info of materialized views in RW and thus cannot query them

#13171 Seems this is the only missing feature right now.

#13171 is done, now the RisingWave for main branch should work properly with dremio.
Tracking issue here: #13136, if we come across other missing features in the future we could track them here.
