Currently our stack uses m5 and m6i instances. Although the resources (cpu, memory) are the same, it was discovered by @cyliu0 that with m6i the benchmark performs 25-35% better.
To do so, we need a new cloudformation stack, with just m5 instance, so the performance can be stabilized. Then we will separate out the pipeline, such that this new pipeline will run on the new cloudformation stack.
