compare with hifigan

In my experience, fregan is better than hifigan.

@chldkato Did you compare the two model with nearly the same model config. It seems that the default config of fregan is bigger than hifigan. What is the inferencen speed of fregan compare to hifigan?

@Liujingxiu23 I use my own code, so it is difficult to compare. In my case, fregan is slightly bigger and slower than hifigan.
