[Statistics/Overall Season/API] Provide All-Time Resort Statistics Stats to OSM Dashboard

Feature Request

• With the extension of the OSM Dashboard integration being put in due to [Statistics/Overall Season/API] Provide a Means for OSM Dashboard to be Able to Use Overall Season Statistics for Runs #87, the next step would be to continue to expand and integrate it with other parts of all-time ski statistics. Notably, the data regarding resorts would be useful to push to OSM so that it can then showcase where the resort is located on the map.

Proposed Solution

• Continue to extend the integration to OSM for all-time ski stats to now include data regarding resorts as outlined in [Statistics/Overall Season] Provide Ski Season Summary Statistics Functions & Interfaces #1.
• Pass the metrics in a JSON payload and the database connection strings necessary to read the data.

Alternatives

• Create a separate function in the IntentDashboardUtils file to exclusively push resort data.

Completeness Requirements

• A user is able to use OSM from an all-time ski stats screen through an interactive button on the view
• The data pushed is in a JSON format
• The necessary connection strings that OSM requires to read the data is passed to the integration
