First stable release

This is the first stable release of the ROS Conda wrapper 🎉. I fixed some bugs that were still present in the pre-release and improved the code formatting. I tried to test the wrapper in several configurations but can not guaranty that it works in all configurations. Please open an issue if you run into problems.

First release of the Conda ROS wrapper. I performed the necessary test on my system (UBUNTU 18.04) but I can not guaranty that it works on all system. If you run into problems or have a feature request please open an issue.
