Equipment modifiers and trait modifiers not combining.

I was supposed to have an equipment modifier to the skill of the weapon.
I was supposed to have an advantage modifier to the skill of the weapon.
The mouse over tool tip shows both modifiers correctly however the skill level on the equipment line is not totaled correctly.
