Brief description

Create workflows and pipelines for the new Java-API backend service.

User Story

As a user, I want to have a strong product, well tested and well covered.

Acceptance Criteria

  • At least 90% of code coverage in the backend
  • Google Checkstyle added
  • Jacoco added
  • README file updated with tests information
  • Tests passing
  • PR merged
