CodeBlocks project does not create standalone executable (msw)

Compile application in CodeBlocks.
Launch "VZ Editor.exe" from command line or desktop environment.
Expected behaviour: Application launches.
Actual behaviour: System error - ...libgcc_s_dw2-dll is missing...

Need to have appropriate builds for each OS.

I am tempted to abandon CodeBlocks support. I don't currently use this IDE. I think it may be better to update the make build system to support all platforms. CodeBlocks is an old friend with a wxWidgets GUI designer (wxSmith) that has been invaluable over the years. I may return to it one day but now I do not use it.
