Unable to load on Ubuntu 18.04.2

Hello everyone,
When I click to open Haroopad, it does nothing. Through the terminal, I get some errors:

The issue #489 doesn't solve the problem. This is a web app so I think their is a problem to run the "web service"...

Can someone help me?

PS: I've installed haroopad with the deb that is on the website with the dpkg command...

It's ok in ubuntu19.10
you can use command haroopad to launch it
