bug - blockerbot - alerts for issues no longer longer in progress #110

  • in #devtools we received alerts for two tickets in progress for over 4 months
  • so I clicked through to the issues, and removed the in progress labels
  • blockerbot continues to alert on those two issues even though they are no longer in progress

Expected behavior

  • issues no longer in progress do not show up in blockerbot alerts
