Add an argument for modifying linetype in function plotTrace()

Currently in the function plotTrace, only colors can be customized for variables.
To modify linetype, one has to go through the ggplot object and change it manually.
Adding an argument to specify linetype can come in handy if there are many variables in one plot, where it can be difficult to present the data clearly using colors (alone).
