Hello, I am looking for a camera with Live View but no SLR. But also no Raspiberry Pi Cam because the quality is too bad for me.

But best would be a USB camera or an action CAM.
GOPro or a cheap variant....

Do you have any ideas for a camera?

It would be easier if you could describe your use-case / reasons for not wanting a DSLR.
My first suggestion would be EVIL, but that's not an option if price or size are the reasons for not wanting a DSLR.
