绑定到自定义域名不显示评论模块

配置里设置了开启评论和自动加载评论，以及 enableDisqus

页面能够显示评论容器，但是无法加载出评论模块。

但是在 https://twoheartliu.github.io/nofan-blog/ 这种页面又是可以出现评论的。

目前的解决方案是放弃使用 autoLoadComments，手动点加载评论
