<h6>Presentation & Session Times</h6>

<li>Please ensure you have accepted the calendar invitation sent to you.</li>
<li>The program on the website is live and includes any changes or updates.</li>
<li>Re-confirm your session date, time, and room location before your presentation.</li>
<li>Arrive at your presentation room at least 10 minutes early to prepare.</li>
</ul>

<h6>Recording, Photography & Screen Shots of Presentations</h6>
<p>We will encourage the audience to take photos throughout the conference and share them on their socials, so you should assume a participant may take unauthorised recordings during presentations and workshops. You may wish to adjust the content of your presentation accordingly.</p>

<h6>Audio-Visual (AV) Equipment</h6>
<p>Each session room will be equipped with:</p>
<ul>
<li>Presentation desktop running Windows 10 or 11</li>
<li>A projector, screen or large monitor with HDMI connections </li>
<li>Microphones, including sound for your presentation</li>
</ul>
<p>If you use a Mac, have a complex presentation, or require an uncommon program, we suggest you bring your laptop in case of difficulties loading your presentation. You will need to arrange this with the AV technicians in advance.</p>

<h4><b>Presenter Guidelines</b></h4>

<h6>Presentation Slides and Training Material:</h6>
<ul>
<li>Bring your slides (PowerPoint format) on a USB drive for quick setup.</li>
<li>If you prefer to use your own laptop, ensure you bring any necessary adapters.</li>
<li>Embed video and audio clips directly into your slides rather than linking to external files to avoid technical issues.</li>
<li>Please let us know if you have any training materials to be shared with the participants before the sessions</li>
</ul>

<h6>Slide Tips:</h6>
<ul>
<li>Limit content to a maximum of 5 bullet points per slide with 1 line per bullet point.</li>
<li>Use a title font size of 45–55 points (no smaller than 36 points) for readability.</li>
<li>Set body text to a minimum of 26 points.</li>
<li>Avoid small images or graphs that might be difficult for attendees to read from a distance.</li>
</ul>

<h6>Keeping Time:</h6>
<ul>
<li>The session chair will hold up time cards showing 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and 1 minute remaining.</li>
<li>To signal the end of your presentation, the session chair will stand up.</li>

<h4><b>Poster Presentations</b></h4>

<h6>Poster Guidelines:</h6>
<ul>
There is no specific template required for posters. However, we encourage you to highlight:
<li>The tools and techniques used in your work.</li>
<li>Any areas where you are seeking collaboration or assistance with specific techniques, tools, or capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<h6>Poster Specifications & Display:</h6>
<ul>
<li>Size: Posters should be A0 portrait (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high).</li>
<li>Printing: Please print and bring your poster with you on Tuesday, Nov 26th during </li>registration or before morning tea (by 10:30 am), so it can be displayed for attendees to view throughout the conference.
<li>Materials: Poster boards and adhesive will be provided on-site.</li>
<li>Presentation: The formal poster session will be held on Tuesday, Nov 26th from 5:00 pm to </li>7:00 pm.
<li>Duration: Posters will remain on display for the full 3 days of the conference.</li>
<li>Collection: Please collect your poster at the end of the conference on Thursday, Nov 28th. </li>Posters left behind will not be stored.
