Well, given that you omitted any details, that screenshot just says something was flagged...

Anyhow, I ran the archive available on GitHub, and indeed it's flagged there, but by Windows Defender only:

Interestingly, a re-analysis produced a different detected "threat".

Curiously enough, the archive you can download from the GH action run is not flagged by VirusTotal at all:

Even though it really contains the same files:

Re-analysis today is clean - no flagging. (Same link.)
Maybe a Defender update addressed this. Will close issue.
