Also I have no printer for this to test it should be able. You need 3 end stops.
for z1 and z2
plus ENDSTOP_MERGE2 which is only true if both are triggered.
Assign the merged one to z axis and the other 2 as motor end stop to the individual axis.
Then homing z will stop when both are triggered and the motor end stop will stop the motor triggering first.
Is it possible to use two Z-Motors with two Z-Endstops in V2.0 ?
