FEATURE REQUEST: Support Whole forum grading in Grade Me block

Since Moodle 3.8, teachers have had the ability to grade a student's forum participation as a whole. {See https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Using_Forum#Forum_grading }

The current version of the Grade Me block (3.9.0.2 (2020061502)) does not indicate when there are forums that require whole forum grading. This feature would be a significant benefit to teachers as whole forum grading greatly simplifies assessing forums.
