Do basic MUI theme configuration
Separate form field labels and make them look better. The radio button labels are decent; maybe emulate that.
Make sure the non-conference-game–adding dialog looks okay, in particular
Provide visual feedback during submissions
Figure out why the initial load looks so weird (is this true on production?)
Unify the two style files and use SCSS
