Halves damage on each additional sandvich that has been picked up in the past second, making huge stacks of them not insta-kill anymore.

Not tested.

I had been meaning to make victim unable to pickup another sandvich in short amount of time, which I think is a better solution to do, so it can at least still deal full damage, but to a different victim that walks through it.

Did so, same to Second Banana but with a smaller cooldown.
