[frontend] small changes on profile page #211

Heading is email instead of name even if name is available.
The profile image code is breaking, if image is not able then show default one.
Name is missing.
email is showing in front of username.

Issue while editing

First name and last name is missing while I entered when signup.
username shows email instead of username.
No thing happened when select image.

So the problem is that, info is not saved when I signed up, after updating profie, most of above issue resolved.
