In order to use this theme as a remote them, we would have to download all the minima files locally. I'm not sure if that's what we want to do yet. We might also download all of the minima files for simplicity, but then updates would be difficult.

The best approach would probably be to download the minima files AND provide this as a remote theme or gem, with all the folders already set up.
