Add a project based on classification model in the repository

Description

I have added a Fake job Listings project based on classification model inside the Classification Model repository.
AIM OF THE PROJECT IS IDENTIFYING FAKE JOB LISTINGS: BUILD A CLASSIFICATION MODEL TO DETERMINE THE LEGITIMACY OF JOB POSTINGS. I have used the Random Forest classifier in this project.
