I am always frustrated when i have to stop the video to note down key points,

Describe the solution you'd like
This feature would help users store the text of video, which would reduce a lot of time and energy for the user.
For example - One of my junior(9th std) watches YouTube video for social science pauses video for noting down points and later puts in chatgpt to clarify further doubts. (YouTube video without transcripts couldn't help user understand the summary)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Addition of chatgpt to this feature would be great plus as data scrapped from video can be entered in chatgpt and asked to summarize or gpt would clear doubts on these topics as its personally trained over video data.
