Restarting a workflow is not documented anywhere

  • Explain the difference between creating a new workflow and restarting an existing one (i.e. workspace is/isn't shared)
  • Explain the numbering of workflows (minor/major run number)
  • Explain how to restart a workflow from a given step
    • only for serial workflows?
  • Explain FROM/TARGET
