Projects using latest version of NUnit fails when using the TCK library #47

The TCK library is using NUnit 3.6.1. There is a breaking change in NUnit 3.9, so all versions of NUnit later than 3.9 will not work with the TCK library, causing all tests in the client to not be executed .
