xts: Directory support

Description:

We need to navigate all the .xts files in the project so there's multiple methods required todo that from a search order point of view.

Proposed Solution:

• look at current directory for an .xts file
• look in the .repo directory assuming we're sitting in a project, if you hit /home/xxx then stop, and you've done too far
• look for all the .git repo's under the current directory.

Acceptance Criteria: (Optional)

• xts blah, combines all the .xts files found from the above requirement.
