Hello, this is a very good bot, however to make life completely easier you could add a bot that would write comments itself. Some streamers (not even some but most of them) need messages in addition to points to get a certain skin. So to connect this bot just makes no sense because you will still have to watch the streamers and write messages. If there was a bot that wrote messages, it would be really cool.
Here are options how this could be implemented:
chatgpt or other neural network
which will write messages like "Hi", "How are you", "What games do you like to play?" and so on (preferably variety).
Cloning: for example just clone other people's messages from the chat (long ago to avoid suspicion). And you need to include support for multiple languages, otherwise there will be questions if, for example, to Russian-speaking streamer comes American and will pretend to understand his words.

The thing is that in fact there is no point in this bot without this function because you still have to watch the stream. And about blocking - if people are using the bot already, they are obviously not afraid of blocking. And now the bot can maximize what to do is to farm the number, and streamers who give skins without messages simply do not exist.
