I deployed the app to render.com and added the cookie, is it a good idea if it keeps reloading?

I was able to deploy the app to render.com, but render.com reloads the app every 15 minutes, so I uploaded the cookie in order to keep the session up.
But each time it creates a new session, is it a bad idea to leave it on?
