Make kicktarget workflows

We've been kicking around an idea to make DJeep capable of doing kicktarget workflows.

It would be pretty simple - essentially the current host to kicktarget one-to-one map would become a one-to-many map with an index number. We could simply check which kick targets we want from the list of those available, and order them.

This would allow something like the following kick target workflow:

1. firmware update
2. drive setup
3. OS deployment
