Cannot use Path of Original Image on iOS for Upload #11

On iOS the returned path for the original image is something like: assets-library://asset/asset.JPG?id=53F55885-A2C3-405D-8755-D48DAADE9674&ext=JPG

This path cannot be used for upload, so the image must be copied first on device and then uploaded from there (the path then is file://xxxx/xxxx.jpg.
But howto do this?
Anybody noticed/solved this issue? Please help.
