reminder SMS signalling

Reminder Text Messages currently carry over from workshops.

They often have rerun-specific information, and when, say, and address or date changes, it can send automatically.

Organizers don't know and often don't re-edit these SMS messages per each rerun. Is this the same in the new form? If so, we need a way to signal what's happening, and to direct them to update.

Perhaps the message confirming workshop creation saying "Workshop created, go to communication tools" or the like will address this. Or perhaps we need something more in your face.
