Requirements for research publication ?

I am considering a diffusion / publication of some research based on market data. Can I use data from yahoo extracted by yfinance ? I have read the terms of use but couldn't find anything clear (there's a paragraph about nazi memorabilia, one regarding nuclear reactors, but nothing about academia/research). What would be the general requirements and the things to include in the paper ? Do I need to contact yahoo ?
