colour code certain things when they are printed out

retweets should be coloured differently (this includes having RT in a post)
older posts should be light grey
people who post consecutively and in with less than 10 minutes between posts coughcoughPascalcoughcough should have all their posts merged. this mega post should have the username colour coded differently, or underlined.
