I have a dual-screen setup, with the taskbar set to be on the left on my primary monitor and on the right on my secondary monitor. The Start Menu opens on the left-hand side of the secondary monitor and draws under the taskbar on the primary monitor. I'm on Windows 11 24H2 (26100.2605). This happens even with no other mods active.
