This is one of my favorite features from BetterTouchTool (MacOS) -- The ability to use modifier keys and mouse movement to move or resize window.
This allows me to keep my left hand on the keyboard, to hold Shift-Alt (note that there is no MouseDown/click), and then slide the mouse around with my right hand to resize the currently hovered window to exactly the size I want. This avoids having to find the precise position to click and drag to resize a window.
Then I use Ctrl-Shift for my "move window" shortcut. This avoids me having to find and click on empty area in my chrome titlebar to move it around.
