"Ma" is a common last name and shouldn't be treated as a suffix #57

As per title. "Ma" is the 10th most common surname in China.

Also noticed "Tuan" is treated as the Malay salutation, but it's also a very popular Vietnamese first name, I'd argue more commonly so.

jskrable added a commit to jskrable/humanparser that referenced this issue


          removes "ma" from suffix list to resolve issue ralyodio#57

this can be accomplished easily with the ignore* options arrays but it is a very common surname so I figured it could be addressed here.
