properly handle tafsir that is too long #1

Some verses exceed the maximum length for messages. This commit was a quick fix by truncating the message but it should be handled properly:

linking to the altafsir.com page for the rest
or splitting it in two.

Tafsir for only three verses exceed the maximum length, surah 2 verse 282 (4247 chars) and surah 16, verses 1 and 110 (6674 and 7105 chars).
