Builds failing due to APT signing key expiry

I'm currently working on a fork of this repo to try to open a PR. While running builds, I discovered that the signing key for the apt.radxa.com repo has expired. Opened this ticket for awareness, but I've opened an issue on the apt repo: radxa/apt#46
