There are unused/redundant copies of data in /data/raw and /data/derived, which should be removed but I don't know exactly which are the ones that are currently used.

  1. Inside /data/raw

There's all the directories named with the pattern YYYY_MM (2015_09SHIP), and then all the directories inside /data/raw/enigma-gcta which seem to contain the same data. For example, ship. It seems that the real raw data is in the YYYY_MM directories and those inside enigma-gcta are already derived.

  1. Inside /data/derived
Several directories seem redundant: ADNI1, ADNI2 and ADNI12, same for IMAGEN123. There is also a directory enigma-gcta that seems to have old version of intermediate processing steps.
