I think the sections currently ordered as

would be better as

Preparing a patch from the SVN repo
- The information from What tools are required to submit a patch? should be incorporated as part of this section (not necessarily a sub-section, but could be).
Preparing a patch from the GitHub mirror

This would be a more logical order and also make the GitHub mirror workflow easier to find.
