Parameter used to configure stream defined at build time

Hello,

the parameters used to auto-configure the streams are build time parameters which cannot be modified afterwards for example using environment variables.
I think those parameters should be modifiable using environment variable at least to support to deploy the same image on several environment which may have different requirements or constraints and so different stream settings.
