Support hub: imports in playground

I imagine this requires extracting the linker code to internal-packages/, so that we could reuse it in apps/website and apps/hub.

If we want to reuse the same code in other environments, e.g. VS Code extension or CLI, we'll have to publish it as a separate package, or maybe just as a part of squiggle-lang.
