Can not find sourced R scripts

Hi, thanks for providing the scripts.

In many R scripts there are

source ('/scripts/single_cell/de.R')
source('/scripts/single_cell/atac.R')
source('~/scripts/perturbator/de.R')

It seems these functioning Rscripts are not provided in the Repository, Could you offer them?

Hi, really great job.

I was having the same issue (missing sourced scripts) to replicate some of the analysis. Would it be possible to have access to them or are they located in any other repository?
