Symfony command to create a doc-block for a specific file or a whole directory.

Two output-formats:

in template (creates a comment-block with yaml-config in template(s)
in config-file (creates/adds components in twig_doc config file)

Options:

force (when true, already existing configs will be overwritten, otherwise a warning is shown in console and command aborts)
