grpc_csharp_ext.x64.dll not found

I'm getting "Error loading native library. Not found in any of the possible locations: ***\grpc_csharp_ext.x64.dll"
while creating an instance of TillerClient. Can be workarounded by copying the library from NuGet runtime folder to output build folder manually, but this is not suitable outside of prototyping. I think this is already resolved in Grpc latest. However, I cannot test because of some breaking changes.
