分片上传的需求，不应该是服务器有了整个文件以后，调用这个方法一起执行的，而是可以乱序的单独上传分片之后，自行调用 completeParts 方法来完成上传的，因此建议 public 相关方法，或者单独提供一个分片上传的其他解决方案。
