Incoherent exercise answers relative to the geometries given for Tokyo city (cities table) #9409

Description

Page URL: 16.5.3. Creating Polygons

Here two polygons are created corresponding to "Tokyo" and "'Tokyo Outer Wards" Cities

Page URL: 16.5.4. Exercise: Linking Cities to People

The Answer creates 3 persons (people table) that are considered to live in Tokyo (city_id = 1) but when created you can see that points corresponding to the addresses are outside the triangle which corresponds to Tokyo city.
